I wish to share a recepi which I learned from a grand aunty! It's really delicious and easy to cook. My kids love it so much. You might want to serve it on your dining table too!
Things to prepare:
a) 1kg of pork ribs
b) 2 tbs of soya sauce
c) 1 tsp of pepper
d) 2 tsp of sesame oil
e) 2 tsp of cooking wine
f) 1 tbs of black viniger
g) 1 tbs of black sauce
h) 1 tsp of chopped ginger
i) 2 tsp of chopped garlics
j) 2 cups of water
How to cook:
First , marinate the pork ribs with ingredients (a)-(f) for at least 4 hours.
When you are ready to cook, pour 1 stbs of cooking oil in a heated wok. Add in ingredient (h) and (i), stir it till golden. Then, pour in the Marinated Ribs. Add in ingredient (g) and (j). Turn to slow fire and let it cook for at least 45 min. Then, the dishes is ready to be served.
